When our clients develop a problem onsite, our IT helpdesk assistants will do their best to resolve the issue by giving verbal instructions or remotely gaining access to your system in an attempt to fix the problem.

If the technical difficulty cannot be resolved, our qualified and highly skilled technical team are then sent to your physical location to diagnose and fix the problem
